Brought to you by NDP, Embracing Workplace Change is designed to equip people with skills and techniques to overcome barriers to change and manage the change around them. 

The webinar explores the aspects of change and how different people respond. This will help individuals acquire and put into practice the right skills to adapt their own approach (or that of frontline staff they manage) in a time of major change. The webinars utilises person-centred thinking and tools to ensure that the strategies used and learnt in the webinar remain relevant and effective under the NDIS. 

Participants who attend the webinar will develop a strong understanding on how to support their staff to overcome the barriers of change and how they can support positive change in the organisation.
