In partnership with the Health and Community Services Union the Victorian government is conducting 3 annual surveys of the workforce.
The project is a key component of Keeping our sector strong: Victoria’s workforce plan for the NDIS.
The survey wants the workforce to tell about:

• demographics and occupational data
• training and qualifications
• working conditions
• perceptions of the NDIS
• how people feel about their work

The 2019 survey is now open until 07 May and the VIC government wants to hear from as many Victorian disability workers about their experience working in the NDIS.
