New Format of NDIS Plan
The format of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan has been updated. The new plan format will make it easier for participants to understand information in their plan.
The new plan is now available to participants who receive their first plan or have a plan review.
Some of the improvements include:
- change in the overall design;
- greater emphasis on an individual circumstances;
- a simpler layout and clearer definition of supports funded in the plan;
- clear information on where and how to get help; and
- available to participants in braille, hard copy and on the myplace participant portal.
