Introduction to Emotional Intelligence provides an easy to understand framework for participants. Through an interactive and enjoyable workshop, you can learn to understand the building blocks of emotional intelligence: emotions, thinking, feeling, self-awareness, decision making and performance.

The Emotional Intelligence for teams framework will look at:
