Summer Foundation: NDIS Participant Led Video Workshop

Participant Led Videos (PLV) are training videos for support workers. Some people with disability struggle to direct their support ‘in the moment’. PLV are a way to give people with disability ‘a voice’ about what happens to them. They are based on goals that are meaningful and valued by the person with disability.

The Summer Foundation has created a suite of resources for disability sector professionals to use as they support people with disability to make their own training videos. The process and resources assume professional competencies in supporting people with disability, but do not assume previous experience in video creation. View the resources here.
