Levels of Involvement

There are different ways you can be involved with the Workforce Impact Collective. This table shows the four levels of involvement you can have in the Collective.

1

Core

Be actively involved in the decision making, functioning and development of the project with Steering Group membership

2

Involved

Have opportunities to provide in-depth feedback and attend relevant discussions/workshops/meetings with involvement in pilot projects.

3

Supportive

Provide occasional support and input through forums, surveys and by sharing your lived experiences and learnings.

4

Interested

Be informed about progress, insights and learnings. Not directly involved but may sometimes be asked for feedback with regular newsletters.

No matter how you start your involvement initially, you may from time to time need to change according to your interests and availability. Talk to us any time about this at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Pilot Project Activities

As we support the disability sector and people living with disability in the development of new strategies to ensure a commitment to building a disability frontline workforce, there will be pilot activities testing these ideas.

It may be an opportunity for you to become involved in exploring these real solutions, ideas and activities that will bring about changes. In particular if you are a support worker we would value your input to co-design and participate in activities.
