Victorian Ombudsman report highlights systemic failures
According to disability services peak body National Disability Services (NDS), the investigation of the Victorian Ombudsman into the imprisonment of a woman found unfit to stand trial "highglights systemic failure between the justice, mental health and disability systems. This has potential implications for the sector across Australia."
