$97M for NDIS services across Victoria

Dan Tehan, Minister for Social Services, and Jane Prentice, Assistant Minister for Social Services and Disability Services, jointly released great news for Victorians with disability.

As part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) rollout, the Turnbull Government committed more than $97 million of support to people with disability and children with developmental delay and disability across the below Victorian regions:

  • Brimbank Melton
  • Western Melbourne
  • Southern Melbourne
  • Outer Gippsland
  • Mallee
  • Goulburn Victorian regions

Upon completion of the rollout, the NDIS is expected to provide support for more than 105,000 Victorians with disability, and create up to 42,000 jobs across the state.
