The Centre for Disability Studies has noted that they want as many people with disability as possible to experience the Festival of Inclusion and are pleased to announce 2 new group discounts for Day 2 of the Festival (21st November):

• Group of 5 for $100
• Group of 10 for $150

Every concession ticket includes free entry for a support worker.

The aims of the Festival include:

• Helping people with disabilities develop skills that can broaden the options they have in mainstream activities.
• Showcasing a variety of inclusive activities and strategies for people with disabilities, their families, carers and supporters.
• Granting an opportunity for people with or without disabilities to talk about their experiences, share their knowledge and work towards a more inclusive community.

The Festival provides an opportunity for people with disabilities to get involved in a variety of activities, just to name a few highlights, Day 1 will include presentations on Inclusive Governance, Customised Employment and Supported Living. On Day 2 there will be a number of workshops in art, drama, and sports followed by a catered dance party from 5-7pm.
