NDIS have built a dedicated website in preparation for the national expansion of their new computer system and improved ways of working.

The purpose of the website is to ensure that key information, tools and resources about NDIS new computer system and improved ways of working is available for participants, providers and the disability community ahead of the final assessment they are ready to go, later this month.

It provides the information, tools and resources participants have told NDIS they need to learn more about our improved ways of delivering the NDIS.

The website includes information about each step of the NDIS journey, so participants, providers and the disability community can find what they want to know, when they need to know it.

The dedicated website will:

• help people approaching the NDIS find out more about disability supports and how the NDIS can help them
• provide accessible information and resources to help NDIS participants learn more about their improved ways of working, what’s changing and what’s staying the same
• share information, tools and resources to help providers learn how their new computer system will work from day 1 and how they can support participants in their journey 

NDIS have tested the dedicated website with participants, providers, staff and partners, with feedback helping them make sure the information is easy to understand, written in plain English and accessible.
