It's time to mark your calendar and to save the date for NDP's annual Workforce Virtual Conference to be held on to Tuesday, 20 June 2023. This one day virtual conference will focus on the hot topics and challenges faced by the disability workforce.

Conference themes include:

• Retention
• Innovative workforce sourcing
• Innovative supervision models
• Managing workforce in a highly competitive environment
• Increasing and tracking workforce diversity
• Increasing workers with disability in provider workforce
• Developing leaders in disability

Call for papers:

Are you a provider that strives as a thought or practice leader in these areas?  We want to hear about the work you have undertaken to drive your workforce into the future.

Submit an abstract of up to 300 words and contribute to this years' conference program by filling out the call for papers form. Masterclass extracts will also be accepted. A programming committee will be convened to review and shortlist submissions. 

Submissions close 10:00 pm AEST, Friday, 5 May 2023. We look forward to sharing more program details with you in the coming weeks!
