In this update, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) provides information about the establishment of the Participant Reference Group to support the development and delivery of improvements to the participant pathway.

Composed of people with disability, their family and carers, the group will work with the NDIA to: 

• Provide input into the evaluation and measures of success of the pilot; 
• Support the design of resources and information materials; and
• Inform the design and development of proposed improvements to the Scheme.
