New Provider Toolkit

According to the NDIS website, the Provider Toolkit is an online resource for current and potential providers to help them register and prepare to work with NDIS. To improve user experience, the toolkit has been recently updated with some new section / features:

  • ‘Key Resources’ - contains important reference, sample documents, and step-by-step guides for using myplace Provider Portal.
  • 'Hot Topics' - section for communications around issues and policies items currently in development or have interim solutions
  • 'Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) - improved list of most common provider enquiries
  • 'Latest Updates' - log of changes to the toolkit
  • 'Feedback' - allows users to tell NDIS what they like and don’t like about the new Toolkit as a resource.
  • Search function - allows providers to search specific information using keywords.

In addition to the above changes, the content and modules in the Provider toolkit have been relabelled and recategorised to enable easier navigation.
