Win a $50 New Shanghai Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The competition is being run by National Disability Practitioners (NDP), a Division of National Disability Services (NDS) - Level 19, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
  3. The contest will commence on Monday, 07 May 2018.
  4. The contest will close at 11:59 pm (AEST) on Sunday, 20 May 2018.
  5. To be eligible for the prize draw, the entrant must:
    a. Be 18 years old and living in Australia;
    b. Buy the Entertainment Book or Digital Membership from NDP; and
    c. Provide their full contact details upon purchase.
  6. Each Entertainment Book or Digital Membership from NDP will be considered as one entry to the draw. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the competition, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet.
  7. Staff employed by NDS or NDP  and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the competition.
  8. There will be ONE (1) prize winner. The prize will be a $50 voucher for their local New Shanghai restaurant.
  9. The prize draw will take place on Monday, 21 May 2018 at Level 19, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
  10. The contest winner will be notified on Monday, 21 May 2018.
  11. The prize is not redeemable for cash or an alternative prize.
  12. The prize winner's name will be published on the NDP website, NDP e-newsletters and NDP social media channels. By entering the competition, entrants grant NDP permission to use their full name on its website for up to six months from the date of the draw.
  13. NDP is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any problems or any financial costs incurred, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other persons related to or resulting from participation in this competition or the conference prize.
  14. NDP accepts no responsibility and shall not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
  15. NDP’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
