Stuart Robert has made clear the purpose of the review will be to streamline NDIS processes for participants. The Morrison Government is set on putting the NDIS Participant Service Guarantee into action from 1 July 2020, narrowing waiting periods, improving access to NDIS plans and ameliorating service for participants, especially children and individuals requiring assistive technology and specialist disability housing.

Consultations will be run as of late August 2019 with NDIS members and their families/carers as well as ongoing discussions with the disability services sector and governments.
