SA Local Area Coordination provider announced

The NDIA has announced the results of the NDIA Partners in the Community competitive grants for Local Area Coordination for South Australia’s Northern Adelaide and Barossa, Light and Lower North Regions.

Feros Care will provide these services to participants and ILC clients aged 7 and over until 30 June 2019. It will also provide Local Area Coordination in Queensland’s Mackay, Townsville and Gold Coast regions and in the ACT.

Feros Care currently provides a number of aged care services including at-home services, health and wellness activities and residential villages in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. It also carries out Telehealth and Personal Alarm Monitoring in South Australia. You can find out more about Feros Care on their website.
