After recognising the need for more Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) market information, the NDIA continues to engage and consult with participants and the sector to provide clarity and support.

The NDIA has received feedback on some major key areas, and released the first communication on SDA.

The SDA Provider and Investor Brief provides information on:

• funding principles including price reviews
• eligibility and funding levels
• innovations made possible by SDA funding
• dwelling standards and enrolment including ongoing work to develop certification standards
