Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Reforms

The Federal Government has announced reforms to improve Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants. The reforms will include changes to SDA Pricing and Payments Frameworks and SDA Rules to help build market confidence and provide more choices for parcipants.

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) has also established the SDA Reference Group to help support the development and growth of the SDA market. The NDIA welcomes Expressions of Interest (EOI) from stakeholders in the sector who wish to join the group. EOIs need to be submitted by Friday 22 February 2019.
