Are you using the correct Supported Independent Living (SIL) pack and quoting tool?

According to the NDIS website, on 1 July 2017, a new process of doing SIL quotes for first plans and plan reviews was introduced. In line with this process change, the new SIL pack for providers and planner, and quoting tool template have been released. 

Based on the Provider SIL Pack Training Guide & FAQs, the Provider SIL Pack will provide planners and delegates with more information to enable a more efficient, consistent and timely processing of quotes. The Planner SIL Pack, on the other hand, will assist with the processing and analysis of information submitted by providers. 

Workshops explaining the new process for submitting quotes are also being run across the country. The workshops are designed for coordinators, providers and staff who are responsible for completing SIL quotes for first plans and plan reviews.
