Information Sessions for WA Allied Health Practitioners on ACROD parking permits, Companion Card and Changing Places

NDS is pleased to offer information sessions for Allied Health Practitioners on ACROD parking permits, Companion Card and Changing Places.

These sessions will cover:

• What is an ACROD Permit, Changing Place and Companion Card? Important clinical considerations
• Eligibility criteria for an ACROD Permit and Companion Card, now expanded to include legally blind persons
• Evidence that is required when submitting applications
• Where ACROD Permits, Companion Cards and Changing can be used
• Information about Companion Cards and ACROD Permits, covering FAQs from Allied Health Practitioners
• Ways to support Participants to access Changing Places, using a Master Locksmiths Access Key (MLAK)
• Linkage to resources that will provide further guidance and how to seek support if required
