Leadership capability in the disability sector: CILCA 360

What are the development needs of the disability sector? Data Drives Insight recently partnered with NDS to undertake research that would shed light on the current leadership capability across the Care and Disability Support sectors. After working with nearly 3000 employees and 372 leaders from across Australia, we are excited to share the insights NDS found through the CILCA 360 tool about current leadership capabilities and inform on potential strategies to improve outcomes.

About the speaker: Sasha Burnham Executive Director and Head of Research at Data Drives Insight

Sasha has eight years of experience in Cultural Optimisation Programs, Leadership and Development Programs, Assessment and Recruitment, Coaching, Safety Training and Safety Climate Assessments in both Australia and the United States. She has worked with both government and corporate organisations and has spent the past five years specialising in the Care and Health Care sectors, transforming leadership, culture and engagement to improve the quality of care.

Her research background is in safety culture, safety climate and leadership and has discovered the importance of team culture in shaping workplace attitudes towards safety and effectiveness.
